中文摘要: 建立猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗的快速提取方法,优化了液相色谱-质谱质谱联用仪(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)的分析条件,实现了猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗的快速检测分析。试验确定了利用乙腈快速提取猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗,研究了样品经乙腈快速提取后的净化方法,对比了填充料的类型,填充料的加入量及无水MgSO4的加入量3方面对提取净化效果的影响。试验结果显示,该方法盐酸克伦特罗在0.15 μg/L~1.5 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限可达到0.5 μg/L,平均回收率在80%~120%范围内,相对标准偏差(Rlative SandardDeviation,RSD)为0.47%。本方法可缩短检测时间,方法快速、简单、可靠,可用于猪肉中盐酸克伦特罗的快速测定。

Abstract:This paper established an rapid clenbuterol extraction method from pork by LC-MS/MS(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry).LC-MS/MS analysis parameters were optimized,it can detect clenbuterol in pork rapidly.The extraction method with acetonitrile was determined.The type and amount of filling material and anhydrous MgSO4dosage for purification were studied.The results showed clenbuterol had a good liner relationship in the 0.15 μg/L-1.5 μg/L range.Detection limit can reach 0.5 μg/L,and average recovery was in the range of 80%-120%;relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.47%.our method can shorten the time.It was rapid,simple and reliable,can be used to detect clenbuterol in pork rapidly.
