中文摘要: 以水酶法提取"凤丹"牡丹果皮多糖,以提取温度、提取液pH值、纤维素酶用量、提取时间为考察因素,以多糖得率为评价指标,采用正交试验优选工艺。正交试验结果表明多糖提取的最优提取条件组合为提取温度55℃、提取液pH 4.5、纤维素酶用量0.8%、提取时间80 min时,牡丹果皮多糖得率达到最大,为(34.196±0.379)mg/g。
Abstract:The aqueous enzymatic extraction of polysaccharides of peony (Paeonia suffruticosa‘Feng Dan’)pericarp was studied.The extraction temperature,pH of extraction solution,cellulose amount,extraction time on the extraction yield of polysaccharides was assessed with an orthogonal test to confirm the optimal extractive parameters.The orthogonal test results showed that the optimal process combination was extraction temperature 55℃,pH 4.5 of extraction solution,cellulose amount 0.8%,extraction time 80 min with the maximum yield of polysaccharides of(34.196±0.379)mg/g.
