中文摘要: 糖苷生物碱是马铃薯体内广泛存在的一种次生代谢产物,误食能引起人和动物中毒,但同时具有多种生物活性,有药用价值。从化学结构、分布、生物功能及合成途径等方面对马铃薯糖苷生物碱进行论述,为今后合理利用糖苷生物碱提供参考。
Abstract:Steroidal glycoalkaloids were naturally occurring,secondary plant metabolites that are found in potatoes.It could cause human and animal poisoning,and also had a variety of biological activity.The potato steroidal glycoalkaloids were discussedfrom the aspects of chemical structure,distribution,physical activity and synthesis pathway.The results provideda reference for the rational use ofsteroidal glycoalkaloids in the future.
