中文摘要: 为探究冰温条件下不同果蔬贮藏保鲜所需的最佳光强、光配比及其理论分析等提供有力保障,基于光学原理进行了发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED)可调光源果蔬保鲜系统的设计。详细叙述LED红蓝科研模组的光输出情况,分析不同光接收平面(分别距光源30、40、50 cm处)内的光强分布均匀性,结果表明:系统的光照均匀性随与光源距离的增加而逐步改善,在距离光源30 cm处光照均匀性最差,距光源50 cm处最好;系统箱体内的温度随库温波动而波动,当冷库温度维持在4℃时,距光源50 cm的光接收平面内温度分布均匀一致;确定距离红蓝光源50 cm的光接收平面为该系统的贮藏果蔬放置平面,能够实现对光质、光强、光配比、光分布均匀性等光照参数的精确控制。
Abstract:In order to evaluate the optimal light intensity,light ratio and its theoretical analysis for fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping under the cold-storage condition,adjustable LED light for fruits and vegetables freshkeeping system was carried out based on the optical principle.Light output from LED red and blue module is described in detail,and the uniformity of light intensity distribution in different light receiving planes(30 cm,40 cm and 50 cm away from the light source,respectively)is analyzed.Results show that:the illumination uniformity is gradually improved with the increase of the distance from the light source,and the illumination uniformity is the worst(best)at 30 cm (50 cm)away from the light source;when the cold storage temperature is maintained at 4℃,the temperature distribution in the light receiving plane of 50 cm away from the light source is uniform;to determine the light receiving plane of that for the storage of fruits and vegetables,and it is effective to achieve precise control of the light quality,light intensity,light ratio,light distribution uniformity and other lighting parameters.
