中文摘要: 对影响米曲霉菌株NJ132分生孢子生成的因素进行了比较。结果表明,NJ132菌株液态发酵分生孢子产生的适宜条件为:马铃薯培养基添加10 mg/L混合无机盐作为培养基,用容积300 mL的三角瓶装瓶装培养基120 mL,摇床转速为100 r/min,在温度25℃下暗培养5 d,第6天转入20℃、光照/黑暗循环(4 h周期)条件下培养至第7天。

Abstract:The factors affecting the production of NJ132 from As.oryzae were compared.The results showed that the suitable conditions for the production of conidia by liquid fermentation of NJ132 strain were:the potato medium was added with 10 mg/L mixed inorganic salt and 120 mL of the culture medium into triangular bottle,the rotate speed was 100 r/min,at a temperature of 25℃for 5 days in the dark;from the 6th day to the 7th,cultivating under the condition of light/dark cycle of cultivation(cycling per 4 hours)at 20 ℃.
