中文摘要: 采用微波消解-原子荧光光度法测定鸡蛋中的硒,硒的线性范围是0~10 ng/mL,线性相关系数0.999 4,检出限是0.006 ng/mL,测得的富硒鸡蛋硒含量明显高于普通鸡蛋;同时将样品前处理中的不同赶酸程度进行比较,结果表明相同的160℃条件下,赶酸至近1 mL,获得的硒含量最高,回收率最大,富硒鸡蛋加标回收率97.4%~98.8%,普通鸡蛋加标回收率97.2%~98.5%。

Abstract:By applying the microwave digestion and atomic fluorescence method for analysis of selenium in eggs.The linear range of selenium was 0-10 ng/mL.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 4.The limit of detection was 0.006 ng/mL.The result was that the selenium contents in selenium-rich eggs was far more than ordinary eggs.Meanwhile the different acid degree were compared when prosessing the samples.The results show that under the same condition of 160℃ to get rid of the acid to 1 mL,the contents of selenium was the highest,the recoveres was the most.The standard-addition recoveres of selenium-rich egg was 97.4%-98.8%,and the standard addition recoveres of ordinary eggs was 97.2%-98.5%.
