中文摘要: 采用高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)与分光光度法两种检测手段,分析和比较了新会柑胎仔、1年青皮、5年陈皮、10年陈皮4种样品的黄酮苷类和多甲氧基黄酮类化合物的含量。HPLC检测结果表明,新会柑胎仔的橙皮苷含量高达12.8%,远远高于其他3种样品。同时,新会柑胎仔的橘皮素(0.3%)和川陈皮素含量(0.6%)也略高于其他3种样品。分光光度法的检测结果显示,4种样品中黄酮苷类成分含量由高到低分别是柑胎仔(9.5%),10年陈皮(6.1%),5年陈皮(5.2%),1年青皮(4.9%);多甲氧基黄酮类成分含量由高到低分别是柑胎仔(2.5%),1年青皮(1.9%),5年陈皮(1.7%),10年陈皮(1.6%)。两种检测结果均表明柑胎仔中黄酮含量远远高于青皮或陈皮,在功能食品的研究和开发中具有应用潜力。

Abstract:The contents of flavone glycosides and polymethoxylated flavones in Xinhui tangerine buds,1-yearold mandarin orange peel,5-years-old Chenpi and 10-years-old chenpi were determined and compared by HPLC and spectrophotometry.The results of HPLC showed that the Content of hesperidin in tangerine buds reached up to 12.8%,which was much higher than the other three samples.Moreover,the contents of tangeritin(0.3%)and nobiletin(0.6%)in Xinhui tangerine buds were also slightly higher than the other three samples.The results of spectrophotometry showed that the contents of flavone glycosides in the four samples from high to low were tangerine buds(9.5%),10-years-old Chenpi(6.1%),5-years-old Chenpi(5.2%),1-year-old mandarin orange peel(4.9%),and the contents of polymethoxylated flavones from high to low were tangerine buds(2.5%),1-year-old mandarin orange peel(1.9%),5-years-old Chenpi(1.7%),10-years-old Chenpi(1.6%).The results of both methods showed that the content of flavonoids in tangerine buds was much higher than mandarin orange peel and Chenpi.Xinhui tangerine buds have great potency in the development and research of functional foods.
