中文摘要: 比较mini-VIDAS、膜芯片两种快速筛检方法和常规培养法,以确定两种快速筛检方法对大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7筛检的效果。以大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7为目标菌,针对3种方法设计灵敏性、特异性、抗干扰性试验和人工污染试验。结果表明,常规培养法和mini-VIDAS法的灵敏性较高,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法的特异性和抗干扰性较高,人工污染试验三者表现符合预期。日常检验中可采用国标法和mini-VIDAS法进行筛检工作,应急检验可使用膜芯片法缩短筛检时间,mini-VIDAS法和膜芯片法可作为初步筛检的工具使用。

Abstract:This study aimed to compare of two rapid pre-detection methods and traditional culture method for detection ofEscherichia coliO157:H7.Experiments were designed to test the sensitivity,specificity and anti interference of these methods,artificially contaminated samples were tested and verified.The results showed that,traditional culture method and mini-VIDAS method with high sensitivity,mini-VIDAS and membranebased array method with specificity and high anti-interference,artificially contaminate test was as expected.Traditional culture method and mini-VIDAS method can be used for pre-detection in daily inspections,membrane-based array method could shorten the pre-detection time in emergency testing.Additionally,mini-VIDAS and membrane-based array are good tools for pre-detection of theEscherichia coliO157:H7.
