中文摘要: 以山楂为原料,对山楂多糖的影响因素及工艺进行优化研究。采用热水浸提方法,分析提取时间、温度、液料比对提取山楂多糖的影响。采用硫酸-苯酚法测定山楂多糖,根据响应面进行优化分析,确定山楂多糖的最优提取条件为:液料比25∶1(mL/g)、提取温度90℃、提取时间93 min。该条件下山楂多糖的得率为53.77%。该提取工艺操作简单,稳定性好,适用于工业化生产。

Abstract:The extraction process for polysaccharide in hawthorn was optimized.With water as extraction solvent,the effect of extraction time,extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio on the yield of polysaccharide were optimized with single factor test followed by response surface methodology.The results of optimal extraction conditions for polysaccharide was given.The solid-liquid ratio was 25∶1(mL/g),temperature was 90℃,the extraction time was 93 min.Under this condition,the extraction yield of hawthorn polysaccharide was 53.77%.The extraction process was simple and reasonable,suitable for industrial production.
