中文摘要: 通过对盐城市5个区域总计8个品种22个藕粉圆样品中重金属铅镉的含量测定,探明这2种重金属元素在藕粉圆中的含量状况。采用微波消解法消化经粉碎混匀的藕粉圆样品,以石墨炉原子吸收法测定22个样品中的铅镉浓度。结果表明藕粉圆中铅的检出限为1.0 μg/L,线性范围为2.0 μg/L~30.0 μg/L,样品的加标回收率为100.72%~103.66%;镉的检出限为 0.08 μg/L,线性范围为 0.1 μg/L~2.0 μg/L,样品的加标回收率为 98.25%~102.83%。

Abstract:The content of Pb and Cd in 8 kinds of 22 lotus rhizome starch dumpling products collected in five areas of Yancheng was determined.After microwave digestion,the 22 crushed and well-mixed samples were analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The detection limit of the method for Pb was 1.0 μg/L,the linear range was 2.0 μg/L-30.0 μg/L,and the recoveries were 100.72%-103.66%.The detection limit of the method for Cd was 0.08 μg/L,the linear range was 0.1 μg/L-2.0 μg/L,and the recoveries were 98.25%-102.83%.
