中文摘要: 以泉州市售的16种蔬菜为研究对象,采用新建立的通过一次微波消解,电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定蔬菜中 Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Sr、Al、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Mo、Cd、Pb、Se、Hg 等 16 种元素含量的新方法,并应用 Microsoft Excel软件和SPSS 19.0软件,采用新复极差法,首次对测得的16种元素数据进行相关性分析,研究在蔬菜体内各元素之间的相互拮抗或协同关系。不仅可以为相关部门全面了解目前泉州市售蔬菜的重金属本底值及污染现状提供参考,也可为研究植物生理过程中元素之间的相互作用关系提供线索和佐证。
Abstract:In 16 kinds of vegetables sold in Quanzhou city as the research object,using the newly established by a microwave digestion method for simultaneous determination of 16 elements in vegetables(Na,Mg,Ca,Fe,Sr,Al,Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Mo,Cd,Pb,Se,Hg)inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the application of Microsoft Excel software and SPSS 19.0 software,using the DMRT method,for the first time on the data of the 16 elements measured by correlation analysis of mutual antagonism between the various elements in vegetables or cooperative relation.It can not only for the relevant departments to fully understand the current Quanzhou market vegetable heavy metal background values and pollution status of reference,but also provide clues and evidence for the interaction between the elements in the process of plant physiology research.
