中文摘要: 建立分散固相萃取(DSPE)-液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定海红果中 9 种杀菌剂(嘧霉胺、百菌清、稻丰 散、甲霜灵、三唑酮、五氯硝基苯、烯酰吗啉、咪鲜胺、苯醚甲环唑)残留量的检测方法。样品匀浆粉碎后经乙腈提取、氧 化铝萃取剂净化后, 采用 Atlantis T3 色谱柱分离,LC-MS/MS 测定。 结果表明:9 种杀菌剂在 5.0 μg/L~500 μg/L 范围 内,呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数 R2≥0.999 3;检出限为 0.03 μg/kg~1.0 μg/kg,定量限为 0.1 μg/kg~3.0 μg/kg;回 收率在 80.4 %~102.3 %,相对标准偏差(RSD)在 1.1 %~5.8 %之间。
Abstract:A method were developed for determination of nine fungicides(pyrimethanil, chlorothalonil, phen- thoate, metalaxyl, triadimefon, pentachloronitrobenzene, dimethomorph, prochloraz and difenoconazole) in Malus micromalus makino by dispersive solid phase extraction(DSPE) and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS). The sample were homogenized and extracted by acetonitrile and purified by alumi- na extractant, and separated by Atlantis T3 column, and determined by LC-MS/MS. The results showed that the standard curves of nine fungicides showed good linear responses in the range of 5.0 μg/L-500.0 μg/L, and the linear correlation coefficient R2 were no less than 0.999 3; the limits of detection were in the range of 0.03 μg/kg-1.0 μg/kg, and the limit of quantification were in the range of 0.1 μg/kg-3.0 μg/kg; the rate of recovery were in the range of 80.4 %-102.3 %, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were in the range of 1.1 %-5.8 %.
