中文摘要: 以大叶白麻茎为原料,以水为提取溶剂,采用超声辅助提取方法,考察液料比、超声强度、提取时间、提取次 数对提取得率的影响。通过单因素试验和响应面试验对大叶白麻茎中多糖的提取工艺进行优化。得到多糖的最佳提 取工艺为:液料比 15∶1(mL/g),超声强度 35 %×1 kW,提取时间 45 min,提取次数 2 次,在此条件下的多糖提取得率为1.565 %。

Abstract:This study used Pocynum hendersonii as the raw material, with water as extraction solvent, adopted the method of ultrasonic assisted extraction, investigated the effect of liquid ratio, ultrasonic strength, extrac- tion time, extraction times on extraction yield of polysaccharide. The extraction technology of polysaccharide was optimized by single factor and response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimal extraction technology was as follows: liquid to solid ratio 15 ∶ 1(mL/g), ultrasonic strength of 35 %×1 kW, extraction time for 45 min,extraction for 2 times, under this technology, the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 1.565 %.
