中文摘要: 采用单因素试验和均匀设计法 U6(64)试验结合的方法优化利用超临界 CO2 萃取技术提取丁香精油的工艺。 单因素试验研究温度、压力、CO2 流速、颗粒度因素对丁香精油得率的影响,利用均匀设计法优化获得最优萃取工艺。 试验结果显示,超临界 CO2 萃取丁香精油的最佳工艺条件为:萃取温度 55 ℃、萃取压力 25 MPa、CO2 流速 1.5 L/min、颗 粒度 150 目。最优工艺条件下,丁香精油得率 26.86 %,丁香精油中主要成分含量:丁香酚 59.91 %、β-石竹烯 18.02 %、乙 酰基丁香酚 13.97 %;主要成分总量 91.90 %。
Abstract:The single factor experiment and uniform design method U6(64)were employed to optimize supercriti- cal CO2 extraction technology of clove oil. Based on the single factor experiment analysis, yield of clove oil as e- valuation index, uniform design method was used to obtain the optimal extraction conditions. The results indicat- ed that, the optimal supercritical CO2 extraction of clove oil condition was determined as: temperature 55 ℃,pressure 25 MPa, CO2 flow rate 1.5 L/min, granularity of clove bud 150 mesh, and the maximum yield was 26.86 % . Under these conditions, the content of major compounds was identified as: eugenol 59.91 % ,β -caryophyllene 18.02 %, eugenol acetate 13.97 %, and the total content was 91.90 %.
