中文摘要: 采用摇瓶液体发酵法探讨了培养基组成对灵芝胞外多糖产量的影响。单因素和正交试验结果表明,摇瓶发 酵培养基的最佳配方为豆饼粉 0.2 %、蔗糖 2 %、KH2PO4 0.1 %、FeSO4 0.05 %、VB1 0.005 %,其中豆饼粉和蔗糖为显著性 因素。在此条件下,胞外多糖产量达 213.9 mg/100 mL。

Abstract:The effects of medium composition on the production of extracellular polysaccharide from Ganoderma lucidum were studied by shake flask liquid fermentation. The results of single factor and orthogonal test showed that the optimal formula of fermentation medium was soybean powder 0.2 %, sucrose 2 %, KH2PO4 0.1 %, FeSO4 0.05 % and VB1 0.005 %, in which soybean powder and sucrose were significant factors. Under these conditions, the yield of extracellular polysaccharide reached 213.9 mg/100 mL.
