羊栖菜藻渣中岩藻黄质制备技术及工艺优化

中文摘要: 以提取过岩藻多糖的羊栖菜藻渣为原料,研究从其中提取岩藻黄质的最佳溶剂条件及工艺优化参数。结果 表明,选用正己烷和丙酮复合溶剂具有较好的提取效果,以正己烷与丙酮体积比 6 ∶ 1,提取的液料比 30 ∶ 1(mL/g),在 55 ℃水浴条件下加热提取 2 次,每次的提取时间 60 min,得岩藻黄质提取收率达 0.68 mg/g。整个工艺实现了羊栖菜 藻渣的再利用,创造更大的经济效益。

Abstract:Fucoxanthine was extracted from Sargassum fusiforme residue which was the Sargassum fusiforme ex- tracted fucoidan.The extraction solvent and process extraction parameter were optimized by determining the ex- traction efficiency in the present study.The results showed that the optimal procedure was obtained when normal hexane to acetone was 6 ∶ 1, ratio of solvent to dry flower was 30 ∶ 1 (mL/g),and horizontal shaking bath was at 55 ℃ for two times(60 min for each time).The extraction efficiency of fucoxanthin were 0.68 mg/g(dry weight basis). The whole process realized the recycling utilization of Sargassum fusiforme residue,and created greater economic benefits.
