中文摘要: 采用微波辅助提取黄精多糖,并研究其抑菌作用。正交试验结果表明:物料粒度、微波辐照功率、微波辐照时 间对黄精多糖提取率均有显著影响;确定最佳提取黄精多糖的参数为:物料粒度 0.150 mm,料液比 1 ∶ 30(g/mL),微 波辐照功率 350 W,微波辐照时间 2 min;在最佳的条件下,黄精多糖提取率可达 10.57 %。通过抑菌试验表明:在适当 剂量下,提取的黄精多糖对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和藤黄球菌均具有明显的抑制作用;确定大肠杆菌最低抑菌浓 度为 2.00 %,金黄色葡萄球菌和藤黄球菌最低抑菌浓度均为 1.00 %。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extraction was used to extract polygonatum polysaccharides and its antimicrobial activity was determinated. The results showed that material size, microwave power and microwave time appre- ciable impact; the optimum conditions were: material size was 0.150 mm, the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 30 (g/mL), microwave power was 350 W, microwave time was 2 min; under the optimized conditions, the ex- traction rate of polygonatum polysaccharide could be up to 10.57 %. The experiment of antimicrobial activity showed that polygonatum polysaccharides had evident anti-microbial activities to Escherichia coli、Staphalococ- cus aureus and Micrococcus luteus; the minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) was 2.00 % for Escherichia coli, was 1.00 % for Staphalococcus aureus and Micrococcus luteus.
