中文摘要: 人参具有多种药理功效(如抗肿瘤、抗癌、抗衰老等),除人参多糖、人参多肽等化合物外,其主要有效成分是 人参皂苷。因此,通过化学法、酶法和微生物法对人参皂苷进行定向改造,水解其糖苷键,减少高含量人参皂苷的糖基 数量,获得具有更高药理活性的稀有人参皂苷(如 C-K,F2 等),从而提高人参的经济附加值。因此对微生物法转化人 参皂苷研究现状及进展进行了综述,为微生物法转化人参皂苷的进一步研究提供相关依据。
Abstract:Ginseng has a variety of pharmacological effects(such as anti-cancer, anti-cancer, anti-aging),in addition to the ginseng polysaccharide, ginseng peptides and other compounds, main active ingredient is gin- senosides. Thus, directional transformation of ginsenosides is used to hydrolyze glycosidic bonds by chemical, enzymatic and microbiological methods, reducing the number of glycosylation of the high levels of ginsenosides, acquire rare ginsenosides of higher pharmacological activity(such as C-K, F2, etc.), and improve the econom- ic value of ginseng. In this paper, the current status and progress of research on microbial transformation of gin- senosides were summarized, which provided the basis for further study of the microbial transformation of gin- senosides.
