中文摘要: 探索建立一种简便可靠的黄曲霉毒素免疫亲和柱性能评价方法并利用该方法对国内市场上 5 个主流品牌产品进行对比评价。依据评价结果进行产品采购使用，经 3 年多实用经验证明了方法的可靠性。该性能评价方法不仅能够从确保检测质量和降低检测成本两方面指导亲和柱的采购还能够协助倒逼生产商不断提升产品质量。

Abstract:In this article a performance assessment method for aflatoxin test immunoaffinity columns has been developed and applied to five different products. After years of application the method proved to be completely dependable. The performance assessment result which depend on our method can not only been used for product purchase but also as an enhancement to product manufacture for quality improve.
