中文摘要: 建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定运动营养品中 9 种磺胺类成分残留的检测方法。 样品经乙醇提取后,过 固相萃取柱后上机检测。采用 ZORBAX SB C18 分析色谱柱分离,以甲醇-1.0 %甲酸作为流动相的梯度洗脱模式下,外标法峰面积定量。 结果表明,9 种组分在 0.05 μg/mL~10.00 μg/mL 浓度范围内线性良好, 相关系数 r2 为 0.999 0~0.999 8,检出限在 10 μg/kg~15 μg/kg,定量限在 30 μg/kg~45 μg/kg,加标回收率达到 79.2 %~84.7 %。
Abstract:A rapid and effective method was established for the determination of nine kinds of sulfanilamide residue in sports nutrition by high performance liquid chromatography method. The samples were extracted by ethanol,and detected after purified by solid phase extraction column. The separation of target compound was performed on a ZORBAX SB C18 chromatography column using methanol-1.0 % formic acid as mobile phase by the gradient elution mode, and external standard method peak area quantification. The results show that the lin- ear range of nine kinds of sulfanilamide was in the range of 0.05 μg/mL-10.00 μg/mL with a correlation coeffi- cient of 0.999 0-0.999 8. The detection limit was 10μg/kg-15μg/kg and the quantitative limit was 30 μg/kg-45 μg/kg. The recovery rate was 79.2 %-84.7 %.
