中文摘要: 建立一种简便、重复性好的高效液相色谱可见光测定雪糕中的柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮 蓝 6 种合成着色剂。以无水乙醇-氨水-水(7 ∶ 2 ∶ 1,体积比)为溶剂提取,HLB 固相萃取柱净化,ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相以甲醇和 20 mmol/L 乙酸铵进行梯度洗脱。流速 1.0 mL/min,柱温 25 ℃,多波长同时测定 6 种 的合成色素,检测波长分别为 428、521、509、483、507、625 nm。结果表明:6 种合成色素均达到基线分离,在 0.1 μg/mL~ 10 μg/mL 范围内,具有良好的线性关系(R2 均大于 0.999 9);样品的样品加标回收率 85 %~110 %,精密度 RSD 均小于2.0 %。该方法可用于检测雪糕中合成色素的含量。
Abstract:To develop a method for the determination of six synthetic pigments such as tartrazine, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, temptation red, brilliant blue, fancy red in ice cream. Using anhydrous ethanol-am- monia-water(7 ∶ 2 ∶ 1,V/V) as solvent extraction, the synthetic pigments were cleaned by HLB cartridge. After exreacetd, samples were separated in a ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column with gradient program by using methanol and 20 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, with the column temperature 40 ℃ and detection wave 428,521,509,483,507,625 nm. The six synthetic pigments were separated. The linear range of menthod was in the range of 0.1 μg/mL -10 μg/mL:(R2>0.999 9).The re- coveries for samples ranged from 85 %-110 % ,and RSD were all below 2 %. This methods were suitable for determination of synthetic colout in ice cream.
