中文摘要: 黑芥子酶是一种存在于十字花科植物中用以水解硫代葡萄糖苷的酶,且水解产物因具有抗癌作用而受到广 泛关注。对黑芥子酶的分布、结构及活性等方面进行了概述,着重介绍了十字花科植物中黑芥子酶的提取及活性测定 方法,并简述了黑芥子酶的应用。
Abstract:Myrosinase exists in cruciferous plants extensively and it catalyses the hydrolysis of glucosinolates. The myrosinase-mediated breakdown products of glucosinolates have been considered as promising compounds for fighting cancer, which has attracted much attention. In this review, myrosinase was firstly overviewed, in- cluding its distribution, structure, activity and so on. Then an introduction was made on the methods of myrosi- nase extraction and myrosinase activity array, followed by outlooks of its application and future direction in the research.
