中文摘要: 采用 α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,研究余甘子多酚提取物(polyphenol extracts from Phyllanthus emblica L. , PEPs) 对 α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用,并通过 PEPs 还原能力及自由基清除试验,测定其抗氧化作用。结果表明,PEPs 能有效抑 制 α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,抑制率可达 95.71 %,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为 0.71 mg/mL。PEPs 具有一定的还原能力,在0.01 mg/mL~0.03 mg/mL,PEPs 的还原能力与维生素 C(Vitamin C, VC)相当。PEPs 能有效清除自由基,其清除羟基自由 基(·OH)和 1,1-二苯-2-苦肼自由基(DPPH·)的 IC50 值分别为 0.77 mg/mL、5.23 mg/L,清除 DPPH·的能力高于 VC,且 PEPs 对 α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制及抗氧化作用呈剂量依赖关系,PEPs 具有很好的开发价值。
Abstract:The model of α-glucosidase inhibition was used to determine the inhibition effect of polyphenol ex- tracts from Phyllanthus emblica L.(PEPs)on α-glucosidase. And the antioxidant activity of PEPs was also stud- ied by reducing power and radical scavenging test . The results indicated that PEPs showed good inhibition ac- tivity on α -glucosidase, its maximum inhibition rate was up to 95.71 % , and half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of PEPs was 0.71 mg/mL. PEPs had a certain reducing power, its reducing power was almost identical to Vitamin C(VC) in the concentration range of 0.01 mg/mL-0.03 mg/mL. PEPs had better scavenging effect on hy droxyl free radical (·OH)and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical(DPPH·), the IC50were 0.77 mg/mL,5.23 mg/L respectively, and the scavenging effect on DPPH·was better than VC . Meanwhile PEPs showed dose dependent for the inhibition activity on α-glucosidase and antioxidant activity. So it has the very good develop- ment value.
