中文摘要: 从库尔勒香梨萼端黑斑病感病果中提取致病菌,反接至健康果中,通过对贮藏的健康果和感病果进行色差、可 溶性固形物、果实硬度的测定,研究萼端黑斑病对库尔勒香梨品质的影响。结果表明,健康果中 L 值较感病果高,而感病 果中 a 值和 b 值的较高。随着贮藏期的延长,健康果和感病果中 a 值和 b 值均呈上升趋势,感病果 a 值和 b 值始终大于 健康果;L 值的变化趋势与 a 值和 b 值相反,感病果 L 值始终小于健康果。贮藏过程中,库尔勒香梨健康果和感病果中 可溶性固形物含量和果实硬度均呈下降趋势,但感病果下降幅度较健康果大。
Abstract:It studied the calyx end black spot affected on fruit quality through the determination of color differ- ence, soluble solids content and fruit hardness in health and disease pear in the process of storage ,when the calyx end black rot pathogenic bacteria extracted from Korla fragrant pear disease fruit and reversed connect to healthy fruit.The results showed that the healthy fruit had higher L value than infected fruit, and infected fruit had higher a and b value.With the extension of storage period, a and b value in the healthy fruit and infected fruit was rising,while a and b value in infected fruit was always greater than healthy fruit; L value changed trendly in contrast to a and b values, and L value in infected fruit was always less than healthy fruit. Soluble solids content and fruit hardness were declining in Korla fragrant pear health fruit and infected fruit in storage process, but there was a big drop in infected fruit.
