中文摘要: 建立葡萄籽提取物中 7 种原花青素成分的高效液相色谱测定方法。以该方法对不同品种的葡萄籽、松树皮 和花生衣提取物进行测定分析。结果表明:葡萄籽、松树皮和花生衣提取物中的原花青素成分种类和含量水平差异较 大。不同品种的葡萄籽提取物中原花青素成分种类水平一致,不同品种的花生衣提取物中原花青素成分种类水平也 一致,而不同品种的松树皮提取物中原花青素成分种类差距较大。该方法可以用于简单快速地区分葡萄籽提取物、松 树皮提取物和花生衣提取物。
Abstract:A high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for determining 7 kinds of pro- cyanidins component in grape seed extract. Based on this method, different varieties of grape seed extract, pine bark and peanuts coat extract were analyzed. The results showed that: there was great difference in procyanidins omponent types and levels among grape seed extract, pine bark and peanuts coat extract. Different varieties of grape seed extract had similar procyanidins component types, and different varieties of peanuts coat extract had similar procyanidins component types too. But different varieties of pine bark extract had different procyanidins component types. Due to this method,it can be distinguished grape seed extract, pine bark and peanuts coat ex- tract easily and quickly.
