中文摘要: 采用微波消解技术对样品进行前处理, 选取 72Ge、115In、209Bi 和 45Sc 作为内标克服基体效应和仪器波动的影 响,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定蔬菜中铅、镉、砷、铊和铝含量的方法。测定元素的标准曲线相关系数均 大于 0.999,铅、镉、砷、铊和铝的检出限为 0.08、0.03、0.3、0.04、60μg/kg,试样的加标回收率在 80 %~120 %。方法经国 家一级植物标准物质验证,结果与推荐值相符。

Abstract:A novel method was established to determination five kinds of harmful elements in vegetable by in- ductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) together with microwave sample digestion method. And72Ge、115In、209Bi and 45Sc were selected as the internal standard elements to overcome the matrix effects and instru- ment fluctuations effectively. Satisfactory linearity of standard curves was obtained with elemental correlation coefficients over 0.999. The detection limits of Pb, Cd, As, Tl and Al were 0.08, 0.03, 0.3, 0.04, 60 μg/kg, and the recoveries of samples were 80 %-120 %. This method was applied to the determination of vegetable ref- erence samples with satisfactory results.
