中文摘要: 介绍四环素类兽残快速检测的几种常用方法及区别,并就目前市场上 3 种典型牛奶用液相色谱-质谱/质谱法, 进行土霉素、四环素、金霉素、强力霉素 4 种抗生素检测,结果表明 3 种牛奶中四环素含量均低于检出限,效果较好。

Abstract:Several common rapid testing methods and their difference of veterinary drug residues were intro- duced in this paper. Three typical kinds of milk were detected by liquid chromatography - mass spectrum / mass spectrometry. The results of four kinds of antibiotics, which were oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracy- cline and doxycycline, were lower than the detection limits and were better.
