中文摘要: 以蜂花粉为原料,用石油醚回流脱去脂类和色素,再用 80 %乙醇 80℃回流 2 次提取蜂花粉黄酮;滤渣用80 ℃水提 3 次后,醇沉后,并用 sevag 法脱蛋白。计算多糖和黄酮的提取率和纯度,并对试验方法的重复性、精密度和 稳定性进行考查。蜂花粉中黄酮的提取率为 2.56 %(RSD=1.722 %,n=5),纯度为 82.3 %(RSD=2.517 %,n=5),多糖提 取率为 3.11 %(RSD=2.826 %,n=5), 纯度为 91.6 %(RSD=1.992 %,n=5); 精密度试验 RSD 黄酮= 1.760 %,RSD 多糖 =
1.507 %,稳定性试验中显色后的 90 min 内稳定性较好,RSD 黄酮= 2.947 %,RSD 多糖 = 2.632 %。
Abstract:This experiment by bee pollen as raw material, using petroleum ether reflux lipid and pigment, with two 80 ℃ 80 % ethanol reflux extraction bee flowers pink yellow ketone; with 80 ℃ water residue after three times, after alcohol sink, by sevag method to take off the protein. Calculation of polysaccharides and flavones extraction yield and purity, and the experimental method of repeatability, precision and stability test. Bee pollen medium yellow ketone extraction yield of 2.56 %(RSD = 1.722 %, n = 5), the purity of 82.3 %(RSD = 2.517 %, n = 5), the polysaccharide extraction rate was 3.11 %(RSD = 2.826 %, n = 5), the purity of 91.6 % (RSD = 1.992 %, n = 5); Precision test RSD = 1.760 % of flavonoids, polysaccharide RSD = 1.507 %, stabili- ty test of color within 90 min after stability is better, flavonoids RSD = 2.947 %, polysaccharide RSD = 2.632 %.
