中文摘要: 在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法对巴旦木总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。巴旦木总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件 为:提取时间为 60 min,料液比 1 ∶ 21(g/mL),乙醇体积分数 73 %。理论预测值为 4.093 mg/g,实际测量值为 4.090 mg/g。实 际优化的工艺条件与理论预测拟合程度高。

Abstract:On the basis of mono-factor tests, the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Amygdalus com- munis L. seed kernel was optimized by response surface methodology. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction time of 60 min, the solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 21 (g/mL) and the ethanol concentration of 73 %.The predicted and actual yields of total flavonoids from Amygdalus communis L. seed kernel were 4.093 mg/g and 4.090 mg/g accordingly. The actual optimized conditions for polysaccharides extraction from Amyg- dalus communis L. seed kernel had a high fitting with theoretical prediction indicating its reliability.
