中文摘要: 建立一种快速、有效的高效液相色谱法测定运动饮料中双酚 A 残留的方法。样品经乙醇提取后,采用 C18 固相 萃取小柱进行净化和富集。采用苯基色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)分离,以乙腈 ∶ 水=40 ∶ 60(体积比)作为流动相,用 PDA 检测器检测,外标法峰面积定量。结果表明,双酚 A 标液在 0.10 μg/mL~1.00 μg/mL 浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数 r2 为 0.999,检出限为 5.0 μg/kg,定量限为 15.0 μg/kg,加标回收率达到 92.1 %~93.8 %。该方法具有前处理简单、富集效果 好和检测速度快的优点,适用于运动饮料中双酚 A 残留的定量检测。

Abstract:A rapid and effective method was established for the determination of BPA in sports drink by HPLC. After the sample was extracted by ethanol, it concentrated and purified by C18 solid phase extraction column. The separation of targeted compound was performed on phenyl column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) using acetoni- trile ∶ water(40 ∶ 60,volume ratio) as mobile phase, with PDA detector and external standard method peak area quantification. The linear range of BPA was in the range of 0.10 μg/mL-1.00 μg/mL with a correlation coeffi- cient of 0.999. The detection limit was 5.0 μg/kg and the quantitative limit was 15.0 μg/kg.The recovery rate was 92.1 %-93.8 %. The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, good purifying effect and fast detection rate, and is suitable for the separation and quantitative detection of BPA in sports drink.
