中文摘要: 利用密闭高压微波消解预包装面制食品试样,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)法分析比较 14 类共 80种预包装面制食品中的铝含量。结果表明,样品均未超过国家食品污染物限量标准,北京超市预包装面制食品铝污染 程度较小;桃酥酥饼类中铝含量最高,其次是沙琪玛类、汉堡类和蛋糕类,而饼干类(除发酵饼干外)铝含量最低,其次是 蛋挞类。

Abstract:Aluminum content in prepackaged flour products of 14 classes, a total of 80 kinds of samples were analyzed and compared after these sample were digested by closed high-pressure, then measured by ICP-MS method. The results showed that the samples had not exceed the aluminum limits of national food standards, prepackaged flour products have lower aluminum pollution levels in Beijing supermarket; aluminum content in walnut cake pastry was the highest, followed by the caramel treats, burgers and cakes, and cookies(except fer- mentation biscuits)aluminum content was the lowest, followed by the egg tart classes.
