中文摘要: 对蓝莓提取物开展原花青素,前花青素,花青素、花色苷含量测定。以保健食品中原花青素、前花青素含量测定 方法及国际商务部标准测定原花青素,前花青素,花青素、花色苷含量。蓝莓提取物中测定原花青素含量是 127.8 %,前 花青素含量是 226.8 %,花青素含量 25.4 %,花色苷含量未测出,蓝莓提取物中以花青素类含量测定方法较合适。

Abstract:Determination of proanthocyanidins, procyanidins, anthocyanins and anthocyanin in blueberry ex- tract were studied. The determinations were carried out with proanthocyanidins and procyanidins' content meth- ods of function food and National Ministry of commerce standard. Content of proanthocyanidins was 127.8 % , content of procyanidins was 226.8 %. Content of anthocyanins was 25.4 %. Anthocyanin content was not mea- sured. Determination of anthocyanins was suitable for blueberry extract.
