中文摘要: 建立 GC-ECD(气相色谱-电子捕获检测器,Gas chromatograph-electron capture detector)检测人参提取物中五氯 苯胺、腐霉利、烯酰吗啉 3 种农残的方法。人参提取物样品用水溶解,环己烷萃取,通过毛细管气相色谱-电子捕获检 测器检测。五氯苯胺和腐霉利在范围为 0.01 μg/mL~1.0 μg/mL(n=5),烯酰吗啉在范围为 0.1 μg/mL~10.0 μg/mL 标准曲 线范围内线性良好,加标回收率平均值为 97.71 %~107.45 %,RSD 为 1.61 %~5.09 %(n=9),检测限为 1 μg/kg~20 μg/kg。 该法可用于准确检测人参提取物中五氯苯胺、腐霉利、烯酰吗啉 3 种农残含量。
Abstract:To establish a GC-ECD method for the determination of 3 kinds of pesticide residues in Ginseng ex- tract,including pentachloroaniline , procymidone and dimethomorph. Dissolved Ginseng extract in water , ex- tracted with cyclohexane , detected by GC-ECD . Linear range of pentachloroaniline and procymidone were 0.01 μg/mL-1.0 μg/mL(n=5), and dimethomorph was 0.1 μg/mL-10.0 μg/mL(n=5). Average recovery range was 97.71 % -107.45 % . RSD was 1.61 % -5.09 %(n =9). Limit of detection was 1 μg/kg -20 μg/kg. This method could be used to detect pentachloroaniline , procymidone and dimethomorph 3 pesticide residues in Ginseng extract accurately.
