中文摘要: 多糖是马齿苋的主要生物活性成分之一,具有重要的医疗保健作用,市场潜力大。为确定马齿苋多糖的最佳提 取工艺,通过单因素试验与响应面法对其提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,马齿苋多糖的最佳提取条件为: 提取功率 120 W,提取时间 53 min,提取温度 61 ℃,料液比 1 ∶ 39(g/mL),马齿苋多糖提取率为 13.55 %。
Abstract:Polysaccharides is one of the main biological active substance in Portulaca oleracea L. and has im- portant health protection function and big marketing potential. Polysaccharides extraction process from Portulace oleracea L. were optimized through single factor experiment and response surface methodology. The results indi- cated that the optimum extraction process of polysaccharides from Portulace oleracea L. were as following:ex- traction power 120 W,extraction time 53 min, extraction temperature 61 ℃,solid to liquid ratio 1 ∶ 39(g/mL). Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharides was up to 13.55 %.
