Abstract:In recent years， the research shows that natural antioxidants are safe and non-toxic， they have im－ portant biological activities. Therefore， natural antioxidants can be used as a source of medicines and health products which has a bright development prospect. However， there have been few reports about the industrial－ ization of natural antioxidants. This paper mainly introduced the present situation and problems of industrializa－ tion of some important nature antioxidants and prospected for further development of natural antioxidants.
