中文摘要: 采用常规理化方法对铃铛刺花中的一般营养成分进行测定分析, 采用氨基酸自动分析仪分析氨基酸组成,采 用原子吸收分光光度法对其微量元素进行分析。结果表明铃铛刺花中脂肪含量为 0.49 g/100 g,蛋白质含量为 13.9 g/100 g,膳 食纤维含量为 39.9 g/100 g,灰分为 5.7 g/100 g;铃铛刺花中富含 17 种氨基酸,氨基酸总量为 15.54 mg/g 蛋白;铃铛刺花中 含多种微量元素。铃铛刺花营养丰富,含有较高的蛋白质和膳食纤维,富含多种氨基酸和微量元素,配比合理,可开发为 一种新型的花类食材。
Abstract:The normal physical and chemical methods were used to analyze the general nutrients and composi- tion of Halimodendron halodendron. The amino acid analyzer was used to determine the composition of amino acid. Furthermore, the trace elements were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that:the content of fat, proteins, dietary fiber and ash in Halimodendron halodendron were separately 0.49 g/100 g, 13.9 g/100 g, 39.9 g/100 g and 5.7 g/100 g. There were 17 kinds of amino acids contained in Hal- imodendron halodendron with a total amount of 15.54 mg/g protein. Also it also contained lots of trace elements. The Halimodendron halodendron was richly nutritious, which contained high levels of proteins, dietary fiber, amino acids and trace elements. The Halimodendron halodendron can be developed as a new flower cuisine which have reasonably nutritious proportion.
