中文摘要: 采用超临界 CO2 萃取法(SFE-CO2)提取麦冬挥发油,进而采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析其化学成分。采用 SFE-CO2 法提取麦冬块根中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析鉴定挥发油的化学成分,用面积归一化法 测定各化合物的相对含量。通过质谱库检索鉴定出 69 种化合物成分,占挥发油总含量的 97.12 %。研究成果可用作现代 化中药制剂生产、麦冬药材品质鉴定的参考。

Abstract:To analyse the chemical components of essential oil prepared by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO2) from Ophiopogon japonicus (L. f.) Ker-Gawl root tuber. The essential oil of O. japonicus were ex- tracted by SFE-CO2. The chemical components of essential oil were separated and analyzed by gas chromatog- raphy-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Their relative contents were determined by normalization of peak area. 69 compounds were detected in the essential oil, which accounted for 97.12 % of the total content of essential oil. The results can be used in the modern traditional Chinese medicine industry or quality identification of O. japonicus materials.
