中文摘要: 民俗食品是我国食品产业与地区民俗文化有效结合的产物,对振兴我国食品产业具有积极推动作用。从我国 民俗食品开发意义、研发基础、发展现状出发,提出采用类似旅游食品、绿色原生态食品和保健食品的开发模式,并以此 为基础对建设民俗食品法律保障体系进行探讨,为促进民俗食品合理快速的发展提供理论基础。

Abstract:Folk-custom food was the product of effective combination of China food industry and regional folk culture, that was the positive role in promoting the China food industry revitalization. In this paper, the exploit- ing meaning of folk-custom food, the basis of development and development status of folk-custom food were in- troduced first. The three development modes of travel food, green original ecological food and health food in this paper were proposed, as the basis for the construction legal protection system, to promote the rational folk-cus- tom food provide a theoretical basis for rapid development.
