Abstract:Folk-custom food was the product of effective combination of China food industry and regional folk culture， that was the positive role in promoting the China food industry revitalization. In this paper， the exploit－ ing meaning of folk-custom food， the basis of development and development status of folk-custom food were in－ troduced first. The three development modes of travel food， green original ecological food and health food in this paper were proposed， as the basis for the construction legal protection system， to promote the rational folk-cus－ tom food provide a theoretical basis for rapid development.
