中文摘要: 蛋白酶和蛋白质混合液经微波辐射―蛋白酶解反应器的微波辐射后,可以大大缩短酶解时间和减少蛋白酶和 蛋白质的消耗量。设计微波辐射-蛋白酶反应器,通过单因素和正交设计试验,微波辅助蛋白酶水解大豆蛋白的工艺条 件:固液比是 1 ∶ 8(g/mL)、蛋白酶用量 5 %、微波功率 480 W、微波辐射时间 60 min、酶解温度 55 ℃。
Abstract:After the microwave radiation of the mixed liquid of the protease and the protein, It can greatly re- duce the time of enzymatic hydrolysis and reduce the consumption of protein and protease. In this paper, we de- signed a microwave radiation protease reactor. Through single factor andorthogonaldesignexperiment, using sin- gle-factor test and orthogonal test, preparation technology wasoptimized: the ratio of solid-liquid 1 ∶ 8(g/mL), the contend of papayin 5 %, 480 W microwave radiation, 60 min-hydrolysis experiment ,the temperature of hydrolysis 55 ℃.
