中文摘要: 优化铁皮石斛多糖的提取工艺。分别考察单因素料液比、微波功率、提取时间和提取温度的影响,并在单因素 基础上进行了四因素三水平正交设计试验。结果表明,铁皮石斛多糖的最佳提取工艺为料液比为 1 ∶ 45(g/mL),微波功 率为 900 W,提取时间 30 min,提取温度 95 ℃。在最佳条件下,铁皮石斛多糖的提取率达到 9.77 %。该提取工艺简单、快 速、高效,可以应用于从铁皮石斛中提取多糖物质。

Abstract:A method was optimized for extracting polysaccharides from dried stems of Dendrobium officinale. The effects such as solid-to-liquid ratio,microwave power, extraction time and extraction temperature were in- vestigated respectively.Based on single-factor experiments, orthogonal experiment of four factors and three lev- els were studied.The results showed that optimum extraction process were solid-to-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 45(g/mL), microwave power of 900 W,extraction time of 30 min and extraction temperature of 95 ℃.The extraction rate of polysaccharides could reach 9.77 % under the optimum conditions.The extraction process was simple,efficient and suitable for extracting polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale.
