中文摘要: 试验通过超声辅助研究了女贞子皮中原花青素的最佳提取工艺。 采用单因素试验和正交试验考察了盐酸含 量、乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间和提取温度对原花青素提取率的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为盐酸含量 1.0 %,乙醇 浓度 60 %,料液比 1 ∶ 10(g/mL),超声时间 20 min,提取温度 50 ℃,在此条件下提取率为 4.4 %。该工艺具有操作简单,提 取时间短的特点,为女贞子皮中原花青素的进一步研究提供了参考依据。
Abstract:The extraction technology of proanthocyanidins from Fructus Ligustri Lucidi skin was optimized by microwave-assisted. The single factor and orthogonal test was used to study the effects of proanthocyanidins ex- traction yield, including hydrochloric acid content, ethanol concentration, material -liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and extraction temperature. The results showed that the optimum extraction technology were∶ hydrochloric acid 1 %, ethanol 60 %, material-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 10 (g/mL), ultrasonic time 20 min and extraction tempera- ture 50 ℃. The proanthocyanidins extraction yield was 4.4 % at the best process. The process was simple and short time, and the test provided referential basis for the further research.
