优选茉莉花茎总黄酮的提取工艺

中文摘要: 优选茉莉花茎中总黄酮的提取。以芦丁为对照品,采用水浴法提取总黄酮,用紫外可见分光光度计测定茉莉花 茎总黄酮,通过单因素及正交试验对茉莉花茎的提取工艺进行研究。在最大吸收波长为 380 nm 的条件下,最佳提取工 艺是提取温度 80 ℃、固液比 1 ∶ 60(g/mL)、提取剂为 50 %的乙醇、提取时间 1 h,在此提取条件下,总黄酮提取率为0.407 %,RSD=0.491。该提取工艺稳定可靠,经济、合理、可行,操作简便,总黄酮提取率较高,可作为茉莉花茎总黄酮的 最佳提取工艺。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from stems of jasmine. With rutin as refer- ence substance,to use water bath method to extract total flavonoids, to use UV -VIS spectrophotometer total flavonoids from stems of jasmine, conduct the research on the extraction technology of stems of jasmine through single factor and orthogonal experiments. In conditions of maximum absorption wavelength of 380 nm, extraction conditions were as follows: extraction temperature was 80 ℃, solid-liquid ratio was 1 ∶ 60 (g/mL), extractant was 50 % ethanol, extraction time was 1 h, under this extraction conditions, extraction rate of total flavonoids was 0.407 %,RSD=0.491. This extraction technology was stable and reliable, economical, reasonable, feasi- ble, easy to operate, and has a higher extraction rate of total flavonoids, is the optimized extraction technology of total flavonoids from stems of jasmine .
