中文摘要: 为了评估电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定乳粉中钠的不确定度。建立了 ICP-AES 测定乳粉中钠的 数学模型,并对不确定度的来源进行了分析和评估,获得了钠含量的测量不确定度。结果表明回收率、重复性和线性是 测定不确定度的主要来源。乳粉中钠含量可表示为(465±40)mg/100 g(k=2)。
Abstract:Uncertainty for determination of sodium in milk powder by inductively coupled plasma atomic emis- sion spectrum (ICP-AES) was evaluated. A mathematic model was established by analyzing the uncertainty sources from different parts. The uncertainty of sodium content was calculated by synthesis and extension of each uncertainty components. The results showed that recovery rate, fitted linear equation for the standard curve and measurement repeatability were the main sources of uncertainties. The sodium content in milk powder was deter- mined to be(465±40)mg/100 g(k=2).
