中文摘要: 采用小麦肽为主要原料开发一种运动食品能量胶,主要用于预防和缓解运动性疲劳。研究结果证明制备的能 量胶具有良好的品质,在小鼠运动模型中可以有效预防和缓解运动性疲劳,在自愿者运动实验中,能量胶可以有效预防 和缓解运动性疲劳,并具有足够的安全性,具有良好的开发前景。
Abstract:Wheat peptide was the main ram material to develop a sport plastic food energy, primarily used to prevent and relieve exercise-induced fatigue. The results showed that the energy gel prepared that had good quality and could effectively prevent and relieve exercise -induced fatigue in the mouse movement model. It could effectively prevent and alleviate exercise-induce fatigue in volunteer exercise test, and have sufficient safety. Therefore,it have the good development prospect.
