中文摘要: 以脱脂蚕蛹粉为原料,通过超声波辅助提取,对蚕蛹多糖的提取工艺进行优化。以超声波提取时间、料液比、超 声波功率为影响因素,考察对蚕蛹多糖的提取率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,利用 Box-Behenken 试验设计原理采用 三因素三水平的响应面分析法对超声波辅助提取蚕蛹多糖的工艺条件进一步优化。试验结果表明,超声波辅助提取脱 脂蚕蛹多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液比 1 ∶ 30(g/mL),功率 550 W,提取时间 65 min。在此条件下,提取蚕蛹多糖率达到94.36 %。
Abstract:The extraction technology of polysaccharides from de-fatted silkworm pupa powder was studied by ultrasonic extraction method. The effects of the extraction percentage of polysaccharide such as time, material-liquid ratio, power were studied. The three extracting factors (time , material-liquid ratio, power ) were stud- ied. The optimum condition was systematically studied with single factor experiments and Box-Behnken designs. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:extracting time of 65 min, material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 30 g/mL, extracting power of 550 W. In this condition, the extraction percentage of polysaccharides from silkworm pupa was 94.36 %. This technology is suitable for extraction of polysaccharides from silkworm pupa.
