中文摘要: 保健食品是我国食品市场的核心部分, 大力发展保健食品的研发对提高我国食品市场的活力至关重要。然 而在保健食品的研发过程中存在一系列的法律相关问题阻碍着保健食品研发的顺利进行。从我国保健食品发展现状 出发,力求寻找导致这些阻碍性问题的法律原因,并尝试性提出可行的法律对策分析。

Abstract:Health food is the core of food market in China, strive to development the research of health food is essential to improve the vitality of food market. But in the research and development process, there are a series of related legal problem hindered the went well of health food development process. Based on the current situa- tion of the development of health food in China, this study tried to find out the legal reasons leading to these ob- stacles and put forward feasible legal countermeasures.
