Abstract:With the rapid development of food industry， food safety accidents occur frequently. Therefore， food safety is being concerned by increasing consumers. Furthermore， there are many factors influencing the problem of food safety. Of these， food spoilage cause by microorganism may be a main factor. How to detect the microor－ ganisms rapidly in food is still a hot research topic. Thus， several advanced detection technologies were summa－ rized. Compared with the traditional detection methods， these methods were more convenient， faster and more sensitive.
