中文摘要: 观察藏茶对人体的保健作用。 符合纳入排除标准的自愿受试者 31 例, 按 6 g/d 以开水重复冲泡饮用藏茶 3 个月。试饮前后分别检测体重、血压、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血糖和血 尿酸。符合纳入排除标准的自愿受试者 50 例,按 6 g/d 以开水重复冲泡饮用藏茶 15 d。记录受试者试饮前后摄入纤维 类食物的比例、排便次数、排便状况及粪便性状。结果表明:试验结束时受试者体重、血清甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆 固醇、血糖、血尿酸显著下降(P<0.05)。试饮藏茶前后受试者摄入纤维类食物的比例无显著性差异。饮茶后每周排便 次数增加(P<0.05),排便状况积分和粪便性状积分显著下降(P<0.05)。藏茶具有减肥、辅助降低血清甘油三酯、调节 血糖和血尿酸、通便等保健作用,且对人体无不良影响。
Abstract:To investigate the health effects of Tibetan tea on human body.31 volunteers meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited into the study. All subjects consumed tea at dose of 6 g per day for 3 months. The indices including body weight, blood pressure, serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipopro- tein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), blood glucose and uric acid of the subjects were measured before and after the trial respectively. 50 volunteers meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were recruited into the study. All subjects consumed tea at dose of 6 g per day for 15 days. Intake of food containing fiber, frequency of defecation, defecation status and fecal trait were recorded daily. Results showed that levels of body weight, serum triglyceride, LDL-C, blood glucose and uric acid of the subjects decreased af- ter the trial (P<0.05). The weekly frequency of defecation of the subjects increased after the trial (P<0.05), meanwhile the scores of defecation status and fecal trait decreased after the trial(P<0.05). Tibetan tea intake is helpful for weight loss, assisting serum triglycerides reduction, regulating blood glucose r and uric acid, facitat- ing feces excretion.
