中文摘要: 以常规降糖药盐酸二甲双胍(125 mg/kg·d)为阳性对照,通过对正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶致高血糖小鼠、去甲肾 上腺素致糖尿病小鼠进行降血糖治疗试验及葡萄糖耐量实验,研究了海南苦丁茶多糖(100、150、300 mg/kg·d)的降血 糖作用。结果显示,苦丁茶多糖能较好地降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,表现出一定的量效关系,高剂量组接近药物组的 治疗水平,同时能够提高糖尿病模型小鼠的葡萄糖耐量;但并不影响正常小鼠的血糖水平。

Abstract:Taking metformin HCL (125 mg/kg·d)as positive control, a research on the hypoglycemic effect of polysaccharide in Hainan Kudingtea(100,150,300 mg/kg·d)was conducted by a reducing blood sugar level test and a glucose tolerance test (OGTT)on normal mice, Alloxan diabetic mice and mice with diabetes caused by reducing adrenaline.The result showed that polysaccharide in Hainan Kudingtea has a good hypoglycemic effect of the diabetic mice and showed a certain dose-effect relationship. The effect of the high dose group is close to the therapeutic level of the medicine group and can increase the glucose tolerance of the diabetic mice models, but did not affect the blood sugar level of the normal mice models.
