Abstract:The technology related to food packaging automatic quantitative measurement system and structure were introduced， including sensor technology， signal pretreatment technology， A/D conversion technology， mi－ crocontroller technology and human-machine interaction. This work analysis of the food packaging automatic quantitative measurement system hardware and software design. The hardware includes core system， power sup－ ply system， data acquisition system， storage system， communication system and man-machine interaction sys－ tem. Realview MDK software was used as development tools， which could measure the control system. Finally from material measuring accuracy， the solution of the system was proposed based on the hardware and software error resistance precision.
