中文摘要: 对食品包装自动定量计量系统的相关技术和结构组成进行说明,其主要技术包括传感器技术、信号预处理技 术、A/D 转换技术、微控技术和人机交互技术。深入分析了食品包装自动定量计量系统的硬件和软件设计,主要控制系 统为核心,结合电源系统、数据采集系统、储存系统、通信系统和人机交互系统构成整个硬件系统,Realview MDK 软件为 开发工具,设计了控制系统的软件实施办法。最后从物料计量精度、硬件抗误差能力和软件控制精度三个方面入手,提 出完善该系统的解决方案。
Abstract:The technology related to food packaging automatic quantitative measurement system and structure were introduced, including sensor technology, signal pretreatment technology, A/D conversion technology, mi- crocontroller technology and human-machine interaction. This work analysis of the food packaging automatic quantitative measurement system hardware and software design. The hardware includes core system, power sup- ply system, data acquisition system, storage system, communication system and man-machine interaction sys- tem. Realview MDK software was used as development tools, which could measure the control system. Finally from material measuring accuracy, the solution of the system was proposed based on the hardware and software error resistance precision.
